Had a new kitchen fawcet installed and was very satisfied with the work that Henry did. There was a piece missing from the box and he made a point of returning to finish the job that day so I wouldn't be without it on Thanksgiving day. Henry from Arco comfort Air is a amazing & knowledgeable tech. 1st time he came to install a new toilet. Then the damn thing started leaking from the base. I made a call to Arco to inform them of this issue, they promptly sent him out again. He took it off & checked all the connections, and installed a larger thicker wax ring. It again was leaking. He again came back out, took the toilet off & did a more thorough inspection & discovered a hair-line Crack in the base that was causing the leak. I returned the toilet to home depot without incident for a new one. Guess what guys, NO LEAKY lol.
