If your furnace has to work harder than normal to provide you with the same level of heating, you are wasting money.
The most obvious sign you have a problem, of course, is if your home simply isn’t getting as warm as before. If you continually have to adjust your thermostat, or if some rooms are consistently warmer than others, then your system may be headed for a breakdown.
