Arco Comfort Air Wins 2018 Angie’s List Super Service Award!

That’s why we’re extremely pleased to announce that we’ve been selected as a recipient of the 2018 Angie’s List Super Service Award! This award, given out every year to those who consistently receive positive reviews and feedback from customers on the review website Angie’s List, is an indication of excellence in all aspects of a business. We’re extremely pleased to receive this honor as an affirmation that what we do doesn’t go unnoticed.

Those who are selected to receive the Super Service Award must adhere to multiple stringent eligibility criteria. First, they must maintain an “A” rating in their overall grade, recent grade, and in their review period grade on Angie’s List. Eligible companies must pass a background check and submit a current trade license attestation in order to prove they adhere to all required licensing laws in their area. Winners must also be in good standing with Angie’s List and abide by all Angie’s List operational guidelines. Companies must continue to obtain this award each year in order to display distinctive badges identifying them as Super Service Award winners.

Angie’s List is a popular online review website designed to help customers connected with trustworthy and dependable home service providers in their community. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in fields ranging from service prices to professional conduct and even punctuality. Ratings for each company are continually updated as customers submit new, verified reviews to the site.

Only a small handful of service providers receive this award each year. Of those chosen to receive the award across the country in 2017, approximately 20 percent had won this award for five years or more, three percent for 10 years or more, and only around 300 had earned the title for 15 years or more!
