Jacob stopped by today to do a maintenance check on the furnace which was installed a year ago. I found him to be very personable, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some helpful tips on my system as well as answered a question I had on my air conditioner. We discussed addition of a humidifier as well as sealing of ductwork but I do not have funds for that at this time. I was very happy with his service. No issues were noted.
