After having a new furnace installed 2 months ago, there was a problem with it not shutting off (ran all night long) and the temperature went up to 88. I called the office with the intent of cancelling any further service; however, I spoke with Stacey who understood my situation. She then relayed our conversation to the Service Manager, Anthony, and he then spoke with me and we all agreed that I would give them another chance by sending the maintenance person, Ryan, to handle the situation. I must say these 3 employees were understanding and handled the situation that would make any employer proud to have them on their team. Hooray to Stacey, Anthony and Ryan. Ryan was very polite and was able to locate the problem and correct it. He was the best maintenance person to work on my heating equipment. All three deserve a raise.
