What Are Customers Are Saying

My ceiling fan with lights stopped working. I’ve had two other electricians look at it and they both suggested new wiring which would have damaged the ceiling drywall. Shaun was able to find the actual problem with the wiring and fix it without damaging the ceiling. He also installed a new ceiling fan. I highly recommend Shaun for his professionalism and knowledge!

My experience with Miguel Castro from ARCO today was outstanding. He explained every step of the process and when it was determined that my 19 year old A/C was struggling, he still put together the costs of fixing it, in case I wanted to go that route. He clarified the different levels of units and the costs and benefits of each. He spent time explaining all of my options and never pressured me to make a certain choice, or even a choice today!? I can not say enough good things about this business I have used for HVAC for over a decade, and certainly not about Miguel, a spectacular asset to their company.
