Cooling Services in Cleveland and Akron, OH

Andrew Corrothers was very professional while he completed my furnace inspection. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Miguel and Danny did a great job. They were knowledgeable and professional. They solved our problem quickly and really gave us the confidence that it was done right. Fantastic job, guys. Thanks!

They came out same day, addressed the problem and fixed it in four hours the next morning. Five stars for service and quality. Zero stars for price! Way overpriced and I don’t know if this is all plumbers right now with low supply and high demand and an emergency leak, but man are they charlatans on price. Jensen Huang said it best “ the Next Millionaires Will Be Plumbers and Electricians, Not Coders”.

Shavine did an excellent job. He was very thorough and took his time explaining to me what he found and my options to address any issues.

Miguel was very professional. Danny joined him - first day on the job! I was in good hands. They were both very thoughtful about entering my home - explaining the process - and showing me how to use my new thermostat. I will definitely contact them for my next project.

Knowledgeable and professional, not high pressure but charges top dollar. Had an inspection done, and found issues with water tank. Way too expensive for the repair. Did not have it done.

Princeton arrived on time , was very well prepared and got right to on my drainage issue. He decided that we needed to run a camera into the ground to see what the problem was. Once we decided he gave me my options and I chose the jet option. This was performed and the sewer drained just like new! Great job, personable and professional!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with ARCO Comfort Air! Shaun did an outstanding job installing my recessed can lights and outdoor electrical outlets. Everything was installed perfectly, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. Beyond the excellent workmanship, Shaun was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction. ARCO should be extremely proud to have Shaun representing their company! Employees like him are exactly what make customers want to return and recommend a business to others. Thank you again, Shaun, for a fantastic job! I couldn't be more pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend ARCO to anyone looking for quality electrical work. Five stars all around!

Andrew was a great tech and friendly. He performed maintenance on my system, was very good.

Lisa, Dan, Brian, Vinny. Ron, and the rest of their leadership team are exceptional. It's no wonder the great technicians take such pride in their work and such good care of their customers.

Andrew was wonderful, courteous, and explained everything clearly. He explained every detail thouroughly. We would like to have him back for every visit.

Having a unexpected electrical issue on Wednesday evening. With half of our home not with power or heat. Very frustrating to deal with as a home owner. First thing Thursday morning my husband made a call to Arco. There was a technician at our home less than a hour later. Shavine was very patient with explaing our options for repair. End result was getting a new new electrical panel with new wiring for our home. Thank you so much Evan and Shavine for your excellent service. We will absolutely refer Arco to friends and family !!!!!

Today we had the most awesome experience great work very knowledge and friendly work great shavine and evan seems we had iisues that need far more addressing the thoroghness, craftsmanship, and professionalism was a 10

My ceiling fan with lights stopped working. I’ve had two other electricians look at it and they both suggested new wiring which would have damaged the ceiling drywall. Shaun was able to find the actual problem with the wiring and fix it without damaging the ceiling. He also installed a new ceiling fan. I highly recommend Shaun for his professionalism and knowledge!

Princesten was the best. Knew his stuff and was honest in letting us know that our sewer issues were minor. We will request him in the future.
