Having a unexpected electrical issue on Wednesday evening. With half of our home not with power or heat. Very frustrating to deal with as a home owner. First thing Thursday morning my husband made a call to Arco. There was a technician at our home less than a hour later. Shavine was very patient with explaing our options for repair. My ceiling fan with lights stopped working. I’ve had two other electricians look at it and they both suggested new wiring which would have damaged the ceiling drywall.
