An elderly woman recently called Arco Comfort in need of some help. It was 90 degrees out in Mentor, and because of a heart condition, the woman needed her home to be at a cool, comfortable temperature.
We sent out our lead technician out to the woman’s home to find out if her compressor was in bad shape. The technician also decided to look at her furnace, which was over 20 years old. Upon spraying the heat exchanger, the technician discovered that all of the chambers in the unit had cracks in them.
Due to the fact that our customer was on a breathing machine, our team quickly reached out to a comfort advisor, and within less than 24 hours of her initial call, we installed a new high-efficiency Rheem furnace,
as well as an air conditioner. We have included photos of our installation work below.
